We check whether interruptions, switching, or competing decisions contribute to mistakes, reversals, and rework. Being busy alone doesn’t establish the cause.
The decision matters. The finding may support a change to the work, a resource or priority decision, or further investigation. You see what supports it, what remains uncertain, and which role should take the next step.
