Request a Stalled Priority Snapshot

Investigate one important result that is late, incomplete, underused, or repeatedly going wrong.

1. Define the result. What was expected, by when, and what is still at stake.

2. Reconstruct what happened. We compare the work, waits, changes, repeated work, decisions, and available records.

3. Test the explanations. We identify what the evidence supports, what it does not, and the smallest practical next step.

Get a reconstruction of the work, a written assessment, and a practical next step.

Fixed scope

$1,500 USD

90 minutes · Up to 3 participants

  • Written report within 24 hours
  • 15-minute manager walkthrough
  • Follow-up after an agreed test or evidence review.

Tell us what should have happened and what is still at stake. A few sentences are enough. We will reconstruct the work and test the explanations after the scope is confirmed.

We reply within one business day. Scope, purchasing terms, and the session date are confirmed separately. Call 862-596-0745 if you have questions.

1. Your contact details
Optional. Include a number if you would prefer a call.
Use the legal company name shown on your PO, if you have one.
One or two sentences are enough. If this request concerns one business unit, describe that unit.
2. The priority you want to examine
Name one specific result or piece of work to examine.
Describe the expected business or operating result and the target date, if there was one. Include a measurable target when known. If you describe a launch, milestone or adoption target, also explain what business or operating result it was meant to produce.
Describe what actually happened. What remains at stake for revenue, margin, customer delivery or other valuable work? Include any deadline that changes that value. Label estimates and approximate dates. Distinguish consequences already observed from those you expect, and briefly identify any records or examples that support them.
Give us your current view and, if useful, what you have observed that led you there. "I do not know yet" is a valid answer. We treat this as a starting hypothesis, not a conclusion.
Up to three participants who move, approve or unblock this result. Roles or departments are enough; names can follow. Include someone who handles the work directly.
Optional. List roles or departments that touched the work beyond those joining the session. Names can follow. We will agree who should provide written input before the session.

Before the session: Once the scope is confirmed, we send you an engagement code to share with the session attendees and invited contributors. Each person completes the same work-input form independently, in their own words.

A sentence or two is enough. Include any deadline for the decision. If you are unsure, say what you need to understand before deciding what to do next.
Roles are enough for now. Say if these are different people and whether either will attend the session. If you need to confirm ownership or authority, say so. Any proposed action will need the relevant approval and must preserve required controls.
3. Session preferences
Preferred session format
We will confirm availability and any travel arrangements before booking.
Optional. This is a preference, not a reservation. We will arrange a time that works for the participants.
For example, Eastern Time (New York). Required if you suggest a date.
4. Purchase order and purchasing details
Where are you in the purchasing process?
Upload one PDF containing the PO and any purchasing terms. The upload limit is shown below. Include only information needed to process this request.
One file only.
10 MB limit.
Allowed types: pdf.
Optional. Include a contact if purchasing should be coordinated with someone else. This form sends its receipt only to your work email.
Optional. Tell us about supplier registration, invoice submission, a different billing entity, required terms or other purchasing steps. If your PO will follow, include its expected timing.

We will reply within one business day. Submitting this form does not charge you, reserve a date or indicate acceptance of a PO. We use your contact details, work description and purchasing information to review and arrange the requested service.
